&Fly is a social enterprise aiming to foster connectivity between cultures and generations, creating sustainable impact at the intersection of heritage and innovation.
Impact Statement
&Fly was founded with the purpose of providing opportunities for intercultural and intergenerational connectivity, mutual learning and integration for young adults and the elderly by facilitating a diverse, welcoming, and cohesive environment for sharing and engaging with cultural heritage, art and innovation and facilitate experience-based education in the United Kingdom and beyond.
Based on a firm commitment to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), &Fly has a particular focus on enhancing Health and Wellbeing (SDG3), Quality Education (SDG4), Gender Equality (SDG5) and Sustainable Cities and Communities (SDG 11).
Locally, in line with the UK Government’s Strategy for Tackling Loneliness and Social Isolation (2018), &Fly places particular emphasis on supporting community members who are experiencing, or are at risk of, social isolation and loneliness.
Our Approach
&Fly is on a mission to bridge heritage and innovation through events, access programmes, education and training. Each project has a soul of its own, powered by unique collaborations with creatives, communities, academics, entrepreneurs and innovators.

Anastasiia Rudkovska, founder and CEO of &Fly, has roots in Ukraine and, since moving to the United Kingdom in 2016, has run a number of initiatives on cultural engagement, mental health and well-being, connecting education and local impact. Anastasiia is completing her postgraduate studies at the Engineering Department of the University of Oxford, contributing to research in sustainable finance and energy transition, and is active in the European innovation ecosystem. Since 2020, she has performed project management and advisory roles engaging with policy, finance and tech stakeholders in the UK, Ukraine, Latin America and China.
